We use Seafood from Belhaven Lobster, Dunbar who pride themselves on sustainable catch, Our West Coast supplier Skipness Smokehouse bring us their sustainable shellfish catch from Arran, one of Scotland's first Marine Conservation Areas.
All of our seafood is sourced and cooked to your order. Portion wise, the platter is more than enough for two people as a main course.
