This week LeftField is heading across the Arabian Sea for the spice, sun, sea, sand, seafood and susegad of INDIA’S beautiful GOA. We’re imagining gazing across a hidden cove of gorgeous golden sand with only a few scuttling crabs for company.
In reality, we’ll just turn up the central heating & play the Goa Trance Spotify playlist instead!
Lobster Masala Masala seasoned lobster, mango salsa
Prawns Ambot Tik Prawns with coconut, coriander, tomato.
Oysters Pickled red onion, lemon, black pepper
Squid cafreal Slow cooked squid, green masala, tamarind and lime
Crab Raita Dressed crab, mint, yoghurt, lime, cucumber
Goan Mussels Lightly spiced mussels, chilli, ginger ,garlic, turmeric, cumin, coriander.

We use Seafood from SlowFood Scotland Winner Eddies Seafood Market in Edinburgh and Belhaven Lobster, Dunbar who pride themselves on sustainable catch, Our West Coast supplier Skipness Smokehouse bring us their sustainable shellfish catch from Arran, one of Scotland's first Marine Conservation Areas.
All of our seafood is sourced and cooked to your order. Portion wise, the platter is more than enough for two people as a main course.
