REGION: Manchuela, Spain
TASTING: Fresh smooth and lightly structured due to the skin contact. Aromatic honeysuckle with stone fruits and almond.
PAIRING: good enough on its own but pairs really well with hard cheese or salty snacks. also great with white meats like chicken or pork.

This Macabeo has two weeks of contact with the skins and then 5 months ageing in stainless steel tanks on the fine lees
