Ovella Negra is a natural white wine. Mas Candí is a very successful joint venture of four young winegrowers and artisan winemakers. As great defenders of native varieties, they have recovered almost extinct Catalan native varieties, and their viticulture practices are always environmentally conscious, using no herbicides or pesticides.

VITICULTURE/WINEMAKING :from 20 year old vines in organic vineyards. Cool fermentation in stainless steel with 3 to 6 months of aging in the tank on the fine lees, creates a bright and precise wine with a delicate texture.
